Currently, two sets of systems have been applied to Nangang Medium and Heavy Plate Coiling Plant and railway transportation self-provided line inspection. The previous system has tested 150000 tons of high-end steel plates such as nuclear steel plates, container steel plates, and pipeline steel plates, filling the gap in high-performance steel plate full plate surface flaw detection machines in China; The latter system is the first in-service rail damage detection and intelligent operation and maintenance system in China that meets the requirements of low-speed and heavy-duty industrial and mining enterprises' railways. It can effectively shorten maintenance hours and reduce maintenance costs.
